Youth Stabilization Program (YSP)
The Youth Stabilization Program (YSP) is the youth-focused extension of Build Wealth’s Family Stabilization Program (FSP). Designed to introduce young people to the same core principles of stability and long-term planning, YSP provides consistent mentorship and skill-building support in a small-group setting.
Through YSP, youth develop practical life skills including financial literacy, goal setting, decision-making, and college and career readiness. The program emphasizes accountability, confidence building, and helping youth understand how their choices today connect to their future goals.
YSP creates a supportive environment where young people can build structure, develop healthy habits, and gain tools that support long-term success at home, in school, and beyond.
SHE Builds
SHE Builds is a leadership and life skills program designed to support girls in building confidence, self-awareness, and practical tools for everyday life. Through mentorship and group-based learning, participants are encouraged to explore identity, strengthen communication skills, and develop a positive sense of self.
The program integrates financial literacy, goal setting, and discussions around healthy relationships, personal responsibility, and future planning. SHE Builds creates a safe and empowering space where girls can ask questions, learn from one another, and develop leadership skills rooted in confidence and community.
SHE Builds is designed to help girls grow, lead, and build toward their goals — academically, personally, and socially.
HE Builds
HE Builds is a life skills and leadership program designed to support boys in developing confidence, accountability, and positive decision-making skills. Through mentorship and structured group activities, participants are guided in building self-awareness, communication skills, and healthy peer relationships.
The program includes financial education, goal setting, and discussions around responsibility, identity, and future planning. HE Builds provides a supportive space where boys are encouraged to reflect, grow, and develop the skills needed to navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
HE Builds supports young men in building a strong foundation for leadership, stability, and long-term success.
Donate
This summer, Build Wealth MN is excited to offer engaging programming for middle and high school youth designed to build confidence, life skills, and future readiness. Many families face barriers to accessing summer programming. With community support, we are working to ensure every young person has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances.
We also welcome donations such as snacks, meals, gift cards (DoorDash, Lyft, restaurants), or hygiene products. Your support helps us provide meaningful experiences, remove barriers, and create a lasting impact for the youth we serve. To donate goods, please contact Tyra at tyrablazek@bwealthe.org.
