Pathways to Increase Employment and Earnings Potential (PEEP)
PEEP (Pathways to Increase Employment and Earnings Potential) is a workforce development program designed to help individuals secure meaningful employment while increasing their earning potential over time. Participants can receive individualized employment support or choose to enhance their experience by participating in the six-session PEEP Career Lab.
The program focuses on more than job placement—it equips participants with the tools, strategy, and confidence needed to pursue careers that align with their skills, goals, and financial needs.
Many individuals are working but under-earning relative to their potential. PEEP is designed to help close that gap by providing the guidance, resources, and opportunities needed for long-term career growth.

Eligibility
The program is currently offered in alignment with Build Wealth MN’s Family Stabilization Plan (FSP), providing participants with a comprehensive approach to both career advancement and financial empowerment.
